    A short call on what the software has to do for the business, not a feature list.

    Scope one piece

    We start with one contained deliverable, priced and dated. No open retainers on day one.

    Design and build it

    Interface and implementation together, so nothing gets redrawn to fit the code later.

    Hand over properly

    Documented, in your repo, in a state the next person can pick up.

What I build

Web applications that real people use every day — mostly in React and Python, and in Anvil when a team wants a full-stack Python app without a separate frontend to maintain.

I care about the unglamorous half: the edge cases, the slow queries, the feature that has to ship without breaking the three before it. That's what keeps a product running after launch, and it's where I'm most useful.
